tin, steel, bricks, dried flowers, sound

Night skies and city gardens is an ongoing artistic exploration of cruising culture, it´s spaces and their material history. Focus for the exhibition at WAF, is a hidden spot around Wiener Berg, which used to be a clay mining area and brick factory that was transformed to a nature reserve in the 1980s. Collected seed buds casted in tin, arranged with once extracted bricks and collected flower bouquets all from the site Lukas Gritzner translates the landscape into a scenery within the exhibition space.
